claire pierce
district manager
Hi, I’m Claire! I’m a proud dog mom, wife, traveler, and someone who loves a good adventure. My husband, Mat, and our Goldendoodle, Harry, are two of the most important parts of my life, and so much of what I love revolves around spending time with them. I love exploring new places, meeting new people, and making memories with the people and pups who become part of my life. I’m also someone who tends to get a little attached; and if I’ve had the chance to care for your dog, there’s a pretty good chance I already consider them one of my own.
My husband, Mat, and our Goldendoodle, Harry, are truly at the center of my world. Harry is six years old and is the sweetest companion, but more than that, he is my baby; my little “child” in every sense of the word. I often say I’m a proud dog mom, because that’s exactly what he is to me. He is my constant shadow, my comfort, and the best part of coming home every single day. Harry has been my sidekick through so many chapters of life, and he brings so much joy, laughter, and love into our home. Anyone who knows me knows I will never pass up an opportunity to talk about him, show pictures of him, or spoil him just a little more than I probably should!
One of my favorite parts of working at Katie’s Kennel is the people, and of course, the pups I get to meet along the way. I truly love getting to know our clients, their pets, and the little things that make each family unique. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build some really special relationships with my personal clients and their pups, and I genuinely grow attached to them. I love watching their personalities emerge, celebrating their little quirks, and caring for them as if they were my own. As District Manager, I’m also lucky to support our incredible team while staying connected with the families who trust us with their pets. That trust means so much to me, and there’s nothing better than knowing our clients can feel confident, comfortable, and at ease when their pets are in our care.
Outside of work, one of my favorite things is traveling and exploring new places with my husband, Mat, and our favorite travel companion, Harry. We love being able to pack up, hit the road, and see somewhere new together. Whether we’re taking a longer trip, finding a new place to explore, spending time outdoors, or simply discovering a new dog-friendly spot, we love bringing Harry along whenever we can. He has become such a big part of our adventures, and honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way. Some of my favorite memories are the ones we’ve made together on the road, and I’m always looking forward to wherever we’ll go next.
At the end of the day, I’m incredibly grateful for the life I get to live, the people and the pups who make it so special. I’m lucky to have a career that allows me to do something I genuinely love, and I’m even luckier to be surrounded by such an amazing Katie’s Kennel family.

Hi, I'm Tabby!
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so being around them has always felt pretty natural to me. Dogs have always been a big part of my family, and I’ve loved getting to care for them and see all their different personalities. I love getting to know each dog and figuring out what they enjoy most, whether that’s a long walk, playing outside, or taking their time to sniff absolutely everything. I want every pup to feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while they’re with me, and I always try to treat them like they’re my own.
Getting to work with Katie’s Kennel for the last 6 years has truly been such a blessing. It’s brought so many wonderful people and fur babies into my life, and I’m so grateful for all of the relationships and memories I’ve made along the way.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, getting outside, and just enjoying life. I’m happiest when I’m spending time with the people I love, trying something new, or simply making the most of my free time. I’m excited to continue meeting your pups and families and making even more memories with Katie’s Kennel!

Eleanor robson
behavioral consulting
Starting as a pet sitter with Katie’s Kennel, Eleanor quickly developed a passion for understanding canine behavior beyond the day to day care of pets. Her dedication to helping dogs and their families led her to pursue advanced education in canine behavior, allowing her to step into the role of Certified Behavior Consultant.
Today, Eleanor works closely with clients to identify the root cause of behavioral challenges and develop personalized behavior plans tailored to each dog’s unique needs. Through consultations, in-person coaching sessions and ongoing support, she empowers owners to better understand their dogs and create lasting, positive change.
Drawing from experience across multiple areas of the dog industry, Eleanor believes there is no such thing as a “bad dog”, only dogs trying to communicate their needs. Her approach combines positive reinforcement with a deep understanding of the “why” behind behavior, while involving owners every step of the process. Her goal is to strengthen the relationship between dogs and their families by building trust, confidence, and clear communication.
alena wilson
social media
Alena brings her love for creativity, digital art, and social media to Katie’s Kennel as our Social Media Manager. She has always enjoyed creating content, exploring new ways to express ideas, and using social media to connect people through stories and experiences.
In her role, Alena works behind the scenes to showcase the personalities of our pets, celebrate the incredible work of our team, and give pet parents a glimpse into the everyday moments that make Katie’s Kennel special. She loves finding creative ways to turn those little moments into content that feels fun, genuine, and true to who we are.
Her love for animals makes the role even more meaningful. Alena enjoys getting to know each pet’s personality and believes that every dog has a story worth sharing.
When she’s not creating content, Alena enjoys spending time with her own dogs, attending concerts, exploring new restaurants, and finding new creative outlets.
Her favorite part of the job is capturing the little moments that show just how much love and personality each pet brings to Katie’s Kennel.
